FL: Road rager shot: "A man who was shot by another man in a road-rage incident could face charges, according to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office. Deputies said the man who opened fire on 24-year-old Sean Ralston may have been shooting in self-defense. The deputies who arrived at Marsh Road near County Road 426 about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday found Ralston with a gunshot wound to the chest. He said he had been shot by a man in a white pickup after a road-rage incident. Bustamante and witnesses said Ralston got upset after Bustamante drove too slowly after making a right turn, passed Bustamante and then stopped his own vehicle in the middle of the road. Ralston then approached Bustamante's truck and punched him several times through the open window, prompting Bustamante to shoot Ralston with a .40-caliber handgun, according to the Sheriff's Office. Bustamante, who does not have a criminal record, has a permit to carry the handgun, according to the sheriff's office." [Update from yesterday -- with names]
